Режим информационного обслуживания, характеризующийся тем, что программа измерений изменяется в процессе работы радиотелеметрической системы под воздействием управляющих сигналов или команд, поступающих от бортовых программно-временных устройств, а также по решению операторов, находящихся на телеметрируемом объекте.

В последнем случае команды передаются по специальной радиолинии.
